Every time I get sick, especially when it’s more than the usual stuff, I feel so grateful after illness that being healthy is such a blessing that we often take for granted. Hence, it’s good to be sick once in a while; it builds immunity and makes us appreciate the good health we have.
“A healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man only wants one.”
It makes you appreciate the small things you can do with such ease when your body is well, whereas they are a pain when you’re sick. I feel rejuvenated after an illness.
Take care of your body and it will enable you to do things you love.
