Gestures showing care and kindness are among the most beautiful things in life. Today, a friend shared one such story with me, and I thought of writing this post to collect some of these stories and add more to them over time.
Let’s start with the one my friend shared with me.
- CSS now has an official logo. The logo’s color is
rebeccapurple, and the name has a beautiful story behind it. Purple was the favorite color of Rebecca who passed away aged 6 from brain cancer. She was the daughter of Eric Meyer, a web developer who is one of the pioneers of CSS. I learned about it via this article 🥹.
